Ordering your favourite jewellery is effortless:
1. Explore our collection on our website or social media and choose the design you love.
2. Connect with us via WhatsApp or Instagram DM.
3. Share your full name, email address, shipping address with PIN code and mobile number.
4. Select your preferred payment method and complete your purchase securely.
5. Once your payment is confirmed, you'll receive an order confirmation email along with your invoice.
6. Your jewellery will be dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. For customized or made-to-order products, dispatch will take 3 to 7 days to ensure every detail meets with our quality standards. Once dispatched, delivery will take 1 to 7 days, depending on your location.

To uphold the security and authenticity of every order, we currently operate on a prepaid-only model. This enables us to provide seamless order processing, insured shipping, and a secure shopping experience.

Yes, every product you purchase from us covers lifetime warranty in the case of damages or repair. Charges will only be applicable if a piece of metal or stone is to be added. After 14 days of delivery, Rs. 500 shipping charges will be applicable.
Yes, absolutely. Simply let us know which products you'd like to see, so we can keep them ready for your video call (subject to stock availability) and make the experience as smooth as possible. We'll call you via WhatsApp at your convenient time between 10:00 am to 07:00 pm.
If the jewellery item you wish to purchase is currently out of stock, you may confirm your order by paying 50% of the estimated order value. This allows you to secure the applicable metal and diamond rates at the time of order confirmation.
The remaining balance will be payable once your jewellery has been crafted, based on its final weight, and is ready for dispatch.
For your benefit, the applicable metal and diamond rates will be determined based on either the rates prevailing on the date of order confirmation or the rates on the date when product is ready for dispatch, whichever is lower.
Yes, we do offer customisation.
If you have a custom design in mind, simply send us a reference image on WhatsApp. Our team will review your request and let you know whether it can be crafted. If you'd like to customise an existing piece from our collection, we'll be happy to explore the possibilities.
However, please note that all customisation requests are subject to design and manufacturing feasibility. While we'll do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee that every customisation can be fulfilled.
Please note that customised jewellery products will be eligible for 14-Day Exchange Assurance but not for 14-Day Money-Back Assurance.
