For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "Sovereign Jewels", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the business operating under the trade name "Sovereign Jewels" from its registered place of business in Navsari, Gujarat, established under the laws of India .

"You", "your" and "customer" refer to any person who accesses our website or purchase our products.

By accessing our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

By accessing this website or placing an order with us through any medium, you represent and warrant that you are atleast 18 years of age and are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law.

If you are under 18 years of age, you may use this website or purchase our products only under the supervision and with consent of a parent or a guardian. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we reasonably believe these eligibility requirements have not been met.

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, "Official Communication Channels" refer to our official website and any official communication or social media accounts designated by us, as listed on our Contact Us page.

We shall not be responsible for any orders, payments, or communications made through unofficial, impersonated, or unauthorised accounts claiming to represent Sovereign Jewels.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, the purchase of our products, or the use of our website shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith discussions between the parties.

If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Navsari, Gujarat.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any statutory rights available to consumers under applicable law.

All gold jewellery sold by us is hallmarked in accordance with applicable Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) regulations, unless otherwise stated. Customers are encouraged to verify the BIS Hallmark and HUID engraved on the product, with 10x magnifying glass. Product description will specify the applicable gold purity and hallmark details.

The weight displayed of each jewellery piece is approximate. Minor variations in weight may occur due to differences in weighing scales, with a tolerance of up to 0.050 grams may occur. Minor variations in weight, dimensions, finish or appearance shall not be considered a manufacturing defect.

14-Days Full Value Exchange & Money-Back Assurance is applicable only once per order.

Exchange or buyback is subject to our Exchange & Buyback policy. Eligibility, valuation, deductions, and applicable terms will be determined solely in accordance with that policy.

The condition of the product at the time of exchange or buyback will directly impact its valuation. Any damage, alterations or loss of gold, diamonds or platinum may result in deductions or reduced exchange value as determined under our policy.

Please note that making charges and applicable GST are not included under exchange and buyback policy and will not be considered for valuation.

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon publication.
