EXCHANGE AND BUYBACK POLICY

Your jewellery is designed to be treasured for years to come. Our Exchange and Buyback Policy provides a transparent and hassle-free process if you wish to exchange your piece or sell it back to us.

• Across our website and social media platforms, every reference to "diamond" means 100% natural, earth-mined diamonds. Any other gemstones or stones, including CZ (Cubic Zirconia), Moissanite, rubies, emeralds, sapphires, pearls, and other precious or semi-precious gemstones, are always clearly identified by their respective names.

• The amount of Lifetime BuyBack will be credited into your bank account provided via email, within 5 to 7 business days as soon as we receive and inspect the product.

• Please make sure that the product is packed safely and securely and if any part of the jewellery is broken or lost, please inform us in advance.

We want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request an Exchange or MoneyBack within 14 days of delivery.

Just make sure that the product is unused, is in its original condition and all original packaging, invoice, certificates, and free gifts are included.

For 14-Day MoneyBank Assurance, refund will be initiated to your original payment source within 5 to 7 business days as soon as we receive and inspect the product.

Gold: 103% of prevailing metal value.

Platinum: 103% of prevailing metal value.

Diamond: 100% of prevailing value.

Shipping charges will be complimentary in Lifetime Exchange.

Our Lifetime BuyBack policy allows you to sell your jewelry back to us, considering the current value of gold, platinum, and diamonds as part of our comprehensive jewelry exchange policy. 

Gold: 100% of prevailing metal value.

Platinum: 100% of prevailing metal value.

Diamond: 80% of prevailing value.

How to know prevailing value?

• Live metal rates are available on our website anytime, ensuring complete transparency in the valuation of your jewellery.
• Diamond values are determined based on their quality characteristics and their current value, in line with our Lifetime Exchange & BuyBack Policy.
• For Lifetime Exchange & Buyback, the applicable metal and diamond rate will be the rate prevailing on the day we receive your request by email.

Shipping Charges:

• Shipping is complementary in Lifetime Exchange and Rs. 500 will be charged in Lifetime Buyback.

Deductions:

• Making charges, discounts during purchase and GST will be deducted in Lifetime Exchange and Buyback policy.
• Semi-precious gemstones or stones other than diamonds such as CZ (Cubic Zirconia), Moissanite, have zero Lifetime Exchange or Buyback value.

If a jewellery item is purchased under any promotional offer or discount, the equivalent value of the discount availed at the time of purchase will be adjusted during exchange or buyback.

This means that the benefit received through the offer will be deducted before calculating the exchange or buyback value.

Example:

If a jewellery item is purchased under an offer of "20% off on the diamond value":

Exchange (100% of Prevailing Value):

Final Exchange Value = Current Diamond Value x (100% - Discount %)

= Current Diamond Value x (100% - 20%)

= Current Value x 80%

Buyback (80% of Prevailing Value):

Final Buyback Value = Current Diamond Value x (80% - Discount %)

= Current Diamond Value x (80% - 20%)

= Current Value x 60%

This policy applies to all products purchased under promotional offers, discounts, or special pricing schemes.

To initiate any of the policies listed above, customers must submit their request through registered email to return@sovereignjewels.in.

WhatsApp, phone and other communication channels are available for general guidance and assistance only.

Due to the nature of the product, request submission by email is mandatory.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

We aim to review requests within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your email. Our final inspection and processing are typically completed within 5-7 business days after we receive the product. Please note that timelines may vary during peak periods or if additional verification is required.

We reserve the right to refuse any Exchange, Buyback or MoneyBack request if we reasonably believe this policy is being misused, abused, or used fraudulently. Any attempt to obtain undue benefits through false claims, repeated abuse, product tampering, misrepresentation, or other fraudulent activities may result in cancellation of request, suspension of future eligibility, and legal action, including civil and/or criminal proceedings, as permitted under applicable law.
