EXCHANGE AND BUYBACK POLICY

Your jewellery is designed to be treasured for years to come. Our Exchange and Buyback Policy provides a transparent and hassle-free process if you wish to exchange your piece or sell it back to us.

• Across our website and social media platforms, every reference to "diamond" means 100% natural, earth-mined diamonds. Any other gemstones or materials, including CZ (Cubic Zirconia), Moissanite, rubies, emeralds, sapphires, pearls, and other precious or semi-precious gemstones, are always clearly identified by their respective names.

• The amount of Lifetime BuyBack will be credited into your bank account provided via email, within 5 to 7 business days as soon as we receive and inspect the product.

• Please make sure that the product is packed safely and securely and inform us in advance if any part of the jewellery is broken or lost. Click here for packing guidelines.

We want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request an Exchange or MoneyBack within 14 days of delivery.

Just make sure that the product is unused, is in its original condition and all original packaging, certificates, invoice and tags are included.

For 14-Day MoneyBank Assurance, refund will be initiated to your original payment source within 5 to 7 business days as soon as we receive and inspect the product.

• Gold: 103% of prevailing metal value.
• Platinum: 103% of prevailing metal value.
• Diamond: 100% of prevailing value.

Shipping charges will be complimentary in Lifetime Exchange.

Our Lifetime BuyBack policy lets you sell it back to us with current value consideration of gold, platinum and diamonds.

• Gold: 100% of prevailing metal value.
• Platinum: 100% of prevailing metal value.
• Diamond: 80% of prevailing value.

Live metal rates are available on our website anytime, ensuring complete transparency in the valuation of your jewellery.

Diamond exchange values are determined based on their quality characteristics and their current value, in line with our Lifetime Exchange & BuyBack Policy.

Rs. 500 shipping charges will be applicable in Lifetime BuyBack Policy.

Making charges, discounts during purchase and GST will be deducted in Lifetime Exchange and BuyBack policies.

If a jewellery item is purchased under any promotional offer or discount, the equivalent value of the discount availed at the time of purchase will be adjusted during exchange or buyback.

This means that the benefit received through the offer will be deducted before calculating the exchange or buyback value.

Example:

If a jewellery item is purchased under an offer of "20% off on the diamond value":

Exchange (100% of Prevailing Value):

Final Exchange Value = Current Diamond Value x (100% - Discount %)

= Current Diamond Value x (100% - 20%)

= Current Value x 80%

Buyback (80% of Prevailing Value):

Final Buyback Value = Current Diamond Value x (80% - Discount %)

= Current Diamond Value x (80% - 20%)

= Current Value x 60%

This policy applies to all products purchased under promotional offers, discounts, or special pricing schemes.

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at returns@sovereignjewels.in with:

1. Order number.
2. Details.
3. Photos/videos of the product.
4. Unboxing video (Recommended for faster verification).

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.

After 48 hours of delivery, the return request of damaged, incorrect or wrong item will not be accepted.

Both 14-Day Exchange and MoneyBack Assurance:

To initiate any of the 14-Day Exchange, 14-Day MoneyBack, Lifetime Exchange and Lifetime BuyBack policies, customers must submit their request through email to returns@sovereignjewels.in.

To ensure your request is processed, submission by registered email is mandatory.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

1. Submit your request

Email your request to returns@sovereignjewels.in with your order number, details of the request and clear photographs of the jewellery.

2. Request review

Our team will review your request and confirm the product's preliminary eligibility. If required, we may ask for additional information or photographs.

3. Send the Product

Once approved, we'll share the shipping instructions and schedule a pickup at your given time. Please pack the jewellery safely and securely and include any requested documents, such as the original invoice or other requested documents if applicable.

4. Inspection and Valuation

After we receive the jewellery, it will be inspected for authenticity and condition. The final exchange or buyback value will be determined according to our 14-Day Exchange and

Money-Back Policy or Lifetime Exchange and Buyback policy, as applicable.

5. Approval and Completion

Once the inspection is complete, we'll notify you of the final approved value. For exchanges, the value will be adjusted to your new purchase. For buybacks, the amount will be processed using the applicable payment method.

We aim to review requests within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your email. Final inspection and processing are typically completed within 5-7 business days after we receive the product.

Timelines may vary during peak periods or if additional verification is required.
