REFUND POLICY

At Sovereign Jewels, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.

We accept return or refund requests within 14 days from the date of delivery of eligible products.

To qualify for a return:

• The product must be unused.
• All original packaging, certificates, invoice, tags, and accessories must be included.
• The security tag (if applicable) must remain intact.
• The product must not show any signs of wear, scratches, damage or alteration.

The following items are eligible for 14-Day Exchange but not eligible for 14-Day MoneyBack:

• Customized Jewellery.

The following items are not eligible either for 14-Day Exchange or 14-Day Money-Back Assurance:

• Nosepins (For hygiene reasons).

In any case, if you receive:

• A damaged product.
• An incorrect product.
• A wrong item.

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at returns@sovereignjewels.in with:

• Order number.
• Details.
• Photos/videos of the product.
• Unboxing video (Recommended for faster verification).

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.

Once your returned product is received and passes our quality inspection:

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
• Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to be reflected.

• If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged or defective product), return shipping is free.
• If the return is due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise stated.

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.

Customized or made-to-order jewellery cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

All returned jewellery undergoes inspection before a refund or exchange is approved.

Refunds may be rejected if:

• The product has been used or worn.
• Platinum/diamond certificates are missing.
• The item is damaged after delivery.
• Security tags have been removed or tampered with.

To initiate any refund requests, customers must submit their request by email to returns@sovereignjewels.in.

This email must include order number, reason for the request, and clear photographs of the product and must be sent from the same email ID used to place the order.

Requests submitted only through WhatsApp, phone or any other communication channels will not be accepted or processed until they are received by email.

This requirement ensures accurate documentation, verification and timely processing of all requests under our policies.
