Every order is carefully packaged, fully insured, and shipped through trusted delivery partners. Find everything you need to know about shipping, delivery timelines, tracking and insurance.

Orders for ready-to-ship (in-stock) jewellery are typically dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation.

If an item is out of stock or made-to-order, it will be dispatched within 3-7 business days of order confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation text message or email with tracking details.

We offer free insured shipping on all orders. After the 14-Day Exchange and Money-Back Assurance period ends, any further services including repairs or other requests will incur a shipping charge of Rs. 500.

The courier partner is selected based on your delivery PIN code serviceability, order value and the fastest available delivery option. Every order is securely packaged and handled with utmost care to ensure it reaches you safely and in perfect condition.

We apologise if delivery is not serviceable at your PIN code.

As per regulations, a valid PAN Card is mandatory for orders valued at Rs. 50,000 or above. The PAN details are collected solely for identity verification and logistics compliance. All information shared with us is treated with the highest level of confidentiality and is securely protected.

Every order is shipped with full transit insurance for complete peace of mind. From the moment your jewellery leaves us until delivered to you, it is protected against loss, theft or damage during transit.

If your order is lost or damaged while in transit, we will work directly with the shipping partner to resolve the issue. Once the claim is verified, we will arrange a replacement or provide a full refund, subject to our shipping policy.

Once your order has been dispatched, it typically takes 1 to 7 business days to be delivered depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is shipped, to track it any time.

For security, our delivery partner may require a signature or OTP at the time of delivery. For orders above 50,000/- a valid government issued photo ID may be required for verification.

Please do not share your OTP on call or until you have received your package.

If your package arrives damaged or appears tampered with, please contact us immediately with your order details and the unboxing video so we can assist you promptly.

Recommendation: We strongly recommend recording an uninterrupted unboxing video from the moment you open your package. This helps us verify and resolve any concerns, such as damaged, incorrect or missing item, as quickly as possible.
