To ensure safety, security, and legal compliance of your precious items during transit, please follow these instructions carefully before shipping your jewellery to our workshop.
1. Physical documents to include inside the parcel
Please place a waterproof zip-lock pouch inside your shipping box containing the following three documents:
- Repair request form (For repairs only): This form will be provided by us on email or WhatsApp upon repair request. A printed handwritten note including your Full name, phone number, return shipping address, and a specific description of the repair needed. (e.g., "Resize gold ring size from 6 to 7").
- Copy of Original Purchase Invoice: A copy of the original bill or tax invoice for the jewellery to verify ownership and item details.
- Self-Attested Photo ID: A photocopy of a government issued ID (Aadhar Card, PAN Card, or Driving License) signed by you.
Note: These documents are mandatory to comply with transit and precious metal regulations.
2. Secure Packing Instructions
- Double-Box Method: Place your jewellery inside a small zip-lock bag, put that bag inside a hard metal box, and then place that jewellery box inside a temper evident courier bag or a sturdy shipping cardboard box. If you still have original shipping box we sent your order in, you can reuse it for your return. If you don't already have these packaging materials, they are readily available at most stationary, packaging or office supply stores.
- Conceal Content: Use plain, unmarked shipping boxes or courier bags. Do not write words like "Gold", "Jewellery", "Repairs", or our full name on the outside of the box to maintain safety during transit.
- Seal Everything: Secure all edges of the metal box in which you put the jewellery and all of the outer box with heavy-duty packaging tape.
3. Pickup Scheduling
Once you have completed the packing process and your parcel is ready, let us know your preferred pickup date and time. We will arrange a secure pickup from your provided address at the scheduled time.
Please ensure the parcel is properly packed, sealed, and ready before the pickup executive arrives, to avoid any delays.
